Fantastic Federal & Delightful Deux Belettes

Federal Wedding

Fantastic Federal!

On a beautiful spring Saturday in September we were booked to ring our Bells for a lovely hinterland wedding in Federal. The very atmospheric Anglican Church (with the hall just adjacent) has to be one of the most picturesque locations for a romantic and informal wedding. The blossoms were blooming all around, framing the Wedding Bells and transforming the image into something out of a Monet.

The Bells rang out to greet the Bride as she was driven up the road in her vintage white roadster and continued as she walked up the red carpet into the Church to meet her future Husband.

After the ceremony, the Wedding Bells rang out again in celebration as the happy couple exited the Church to mingle with their delighted guests. Lots of photo’s were taken of the Bridal party with the Wedding Bells along with family members and friends as they make a fantastic backdrop and create an image to really remember your Wedding Day by.

A traditional wedding “Peal” of the Bells was used for this wedding, rolling gently across the breeze and over the hinterland.

Delightful Deux Belettes!

The September Saturday after the huge red sand storm raged through most of NSW earlier that week, was a bright and breezy day with the dust staying at bay until after the Wedding ceremony. What luck!

The venue for this Wedding was the stunning French inspired “Deux Belettes” near Alstonville. Lovingly built over 30 years by Sharon Christian and her husband, it is a triumph of design and style which creates a real taste of a French Chateau, right here in the Northern Rivers region. It is an exclusive and enchanting retreat, catering to those who want a completely private environment for an intimate wedding/ reception.

The Bride & Groom had chosen our Wedding Bells as the only source of music for their ceremony and so we spent lots of time with them helping select the appropriate Bell music to suit their timings/ preferences. For the walk down the aisle by the Bridesmaids & Bride to meet the Groom, the traditional Bridal March was played on the Bells to create a wonderful sense of theatre and occasion. Timed to the last step!

After the ceremony was completed and they were announced as Man & Wife, the truly moving sound of Amazing Grace was played (on the bells) as they walked back up the aisle to greet their family and friends. Amidst the stunning gardens and intimate courtyards of Deux Belettes, the sound of our beautiful Wedding Bells was a special part of a very special occasion.
